The fig preserve is a hand made product, made from the 12 varieties of figs in the Rosnay fig trial orchard. It is mainly produced for wine club hampers and for cellar dor, with a small amount also sold through the Cowra and Orange Visitor Information Centres.

It is quite a simple and delicious product, containing only home grown figs, certified organic sugar, and lemon juice.
