Willing Workers on Organic Farms (WWOOF) is an international education program of which Rosnay has been a member for over 7 years. "WWOOFers" from Denmark , France , Germany , England , Korea , Japan and Australia have spent anything from one week to three months at Rosnay. It is a simple formula of 5 hours per week day of work in exchange for food, board and cultural experience. WWOOFers (usually only one at a time) live with Sam and Simone Statham in their own "wing" of the straw bale house, and dine regularly with Richard and Florence Statham.
